This Schneider Charge accessory is a charging control device designed to complement the charging station. It is intended for use on a three-phase network. The device can be operated at a voltage of 220–230 V~, with a tolerance of +/-10%, and at a frequency of 50 Hz or 60 Hz. It enables real-time adjustment of the maximum power allocated to charging the electric vehicle according to the consumption of other appliances in the home. This adjustment is applied automatically up to 50 A. It must be installed indoors on a 35 mm DIN rail. It communicates with the charging station via the household electrical network (Power Line Communication). Local status indication is provided by an LED that is red in the default state and green during the control process. Another green LED indicates when the device is communicating with the charging station. Its dimensions are 72 mm (width) × 89 mm (height) × 75 mm (depth). The product weighs 180 g. It is white and made of plastic. The operating temperature is between -30°C and 50°C, and the storage temperature is between -40°C and 85°C. It complies with EN 61010-1 (2010 edition) and EN 61326-1 (2013 edition).
